1. What are your standard delivery charges?

For most of the UK*, spend more than £50 and we’ll deliver it to you, absolutely FREE! For orders below £50 delivery will be charged at £2.99

All our items are sent by either Royal Mail or courier.

2. What are your delivery times?

We understand that getting your items to you quickly is really important, so we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Any order received after 12 noon will be processed the following working day. You can expect to receive your parcel within two to three days from dispatch but delivery can take between two to five working days. For special order items, orders may take 5-10 working days to come into stock before they can be sent out to you. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

3. What if I enter the wrong address?

Whoops! I accidentally placed my order with the wrong shipping address! What should I do? Call us on 07928930779 or email us at info@picaspets.co.uk and we will get this corrected for you ASAP.

4. Do you ship internationally, i.e. outside the UK?

Sorry, we don't currently ship standard orders outside the UK. If you are an international customer and are interested in any of our products please contact us by filling in the form on our contact page and tell us what you would like to purchase and where you would like it shipped and we can discuss shipping arrangements. Please note we can not take any responsibility for any custom charges that you may incur.
